Collecting debt for clients and diversification of work with major financial institutions reflected positively, as:-
• Providing collection for various companies and financial institutions assisted our employee's position and established strong networking relationships with different agencies and authorities that work in the enforcement of judgments• Over the years, TLF has worked on overcoming emerging challenges, thus helping us to establish practical solutions for many of these challenges, as well as initiating alternative ways to guarantee the rights of our client with minimum procedures and in innovative ways.• There are many positive aspects to collection operations, yet there is a major negative factor the client may face; the overwhelming volume of work, which in turn may render poor quality services. However, this shortcoming has been dealt with by using a simple administrative initiative; organizing a special separate work team for each and every client.• The Collection Division has been operating since more than (20) years. This long run has enabled TLF to gather a database containing the details of more than three hundred thousand debtors in the state of Kuwait alone; a database which is reviewed and updated regularly.
The collection department went through auditing for more than one year by Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2000). We are proud that our collection division has passed the auditing process, thus confirming the trust of our clients.
