• TLF has experience in counseling on commercial and project finance transactions, including secured, unsecured, recourse and non-recourse loan transactions; financing and refinancing transactions and workouts, joint venture/partnership transactions and other forms of partnerships including limited partnerships, agency, distributorship, and commercial representation.
