- TLF capable to assist clients in strategic planning, documentation, negotiation, litigation and all aspects of any insolvency and restructuring. TLF advises on the pre-insolvency protection of creditors’ rights in restructuring and insolvency situations and represents creditors in pending insolvency proceedings, including insolvency litigation.
- Debtor side: analyzing the debtor’s business environment and proposing legal solutions while presenting alternatives, and following up implementation of restructuring plans using formal court proceedings or out-of-court procedures (prior communications on insolvency).
- Creditor side: designing collection strategies and advising creditors on defending their claims and their ranking in priority in an insolvency scenario.
